Violet Box is a limited edition beauty box with a collection of luxury beauty products from international brands.

Day Drinking Box is a limited edition gourmet box of international brands of tea, coffee, chocolates, dried fruits, dry fruits, healthy seeds, etc. 

These boxes are ideal for gifting and help you discover international brands. These are NOT monthly subscription boxes. New limited editions are launched every few months and range from Rs 700 to Rs 2000.

We think that sanitary protection is a basic right for all women. Hence for every Violet Box you buy, we donate a months' period essentials to a girl in India. Children are the future of our world. For every Day Drinking Box you buy, we donate a meal to a child in India.

We have worked with The Times Foundation, Rotary Club, Swadhar and WRH in India.

For India, you can pay by Cash on Delivery, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, E-Wallets or PayTM.

You will be charged on your card on the day you purchase. In the case of COD for India, the payment is collected at the time of delivery.

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a refund. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order you will receive full refund. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged the full amount.

To cancel an order you must inform at sasha@santasbox.in, giving us your name, address and order reference. SantasBox will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase within 14 days.

Products will accepted for return only for damage or similar issues due to the sellers error with the final decision lying with the seller. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines and subscription boxes cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products some health and personal care items. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted. Your refund will be processed within 14 working days in your bank account or credit card.
